Latchway and Eyebolt Access systems
With falls being among the most common cause of serious injury in the workplace fall protection is so important. Our operatives are harness trained and Rescue trained with specific training given to use a wide range of high-level access equipment and fall protection systems. During initial site surveys Palmer & Co will look to follow the work at height hierarchy by not working at height and where required to do so using collective controls or working in restraint
We have specialist insurance that allows us to use a wide range of window cleaning systems to any height as well as install specific and temporary anchor systems.
Operatives receive method and task specific training to ensure operatives are competent with regular skills use to build experience.
We can handle the maintenance of your anchor systems, on your behalf.
Health and Safety
Daily hazard work checklists are completed and signed off before using eyebolt and latchway systems.
Other Window Cleaning Methods
We started out with traditional window cleaning methods and now offer some of the most innovative approaches available. The best approach always depends on the buildings design, location and tasks to be completed, whilst working to the work at height hierarchy. We offer all methods in order that we can tailor a solution around your building. The one thing that won’t change is our customer service.
Reach and Wash
Water-fed poles are one of the safest and most efficient methods of cleaning windows at lower heights. We use the best poles available for better cleaning and less wastage.
Latchway & Eye Bolts
Our window cleaning teams receive harness training, Rescue training and equipment specific training for a wide range of access equipment and fall protection systems.
When we started in 1932, it was all about a bucket, ladder, sponge, technique and customer service. Our methods have evolved but the skills remain.
