Trained, Experienced, Insured Rope Abseil Access
We are working at height specialists. All of our rope access operatives are IRATA trained and work with the very best of equipment. Our Safety Management system is audited by IRATA and our external H&S consultants annually to ensure our teams safety and to continually improve our service.
Our rope access operatives are some of the best technicians working in the on shore built and natural environment. Palmer & Co have been a full operator member of IRATA since 2011 and have pledged to work to the IRATA International Code of Practice (ICOP) on every rope access task. Pre-work surveys, careful planning, Method statements, Risk assessments and Rescue plans are documented for each project before works can proceed. Rope Access has become one of the most requested methods for commercial window cleaning, building inspection and maintenance on office blocks, large residential blocks and hotels to name just a few.
Our rope access teams can cover; Window cleaning, Gutter cleaning, Slate and General roof repairs, Banner advertisement placing/hanging, Industrial painting, Building inspections, Façade cleaning and maintenance, Anchor inspection and Pest control.
We hope to never need it, but we are insured for every possible cleaning, maintenance or health and safety scenario we may come across.
We have the people, equipment and experience to deploy smoothly and effectively, saving you time and money.
Whether it’s routine commercial window cleaning or one-of high level inspection/maintenance jobs, we make it easy for you track and record every job.
Every rope access operative is IRATA qualified. Nobody gets on an industrial rope access job without it.
Other Window Cleaning Methods
We started out with traditional window cleaning methods and now offer some of the most innovative approaches available. The best approach always depends on the buildings design, location and tasks to be completed, whilst working to the work at height hierarchy. We offer all methods in order that we can tailor a solution around your building. The one thing that won’t change is our customer service.
When we started in 1932, it was all about a bucket, ladder, sponge, technique and customer service. Our methods have evolved but the skills remain.
